The basics of how to coach professionals to success using a non-invasive, short-term, dynamic methodology. Covers professional coaching in a team environment as well as one-on-one.

Image and Impact
An interactive multimedia seminar that analyzes how we come across to other people - our impact; and how we can better present ourselves professionally - our image.

Listening Skills
An intensive seminar in the complementary skills of reflective listening, reflective speaking, and giving and receiving feedback.

Management Skills

Political Skills
Analyzes, dissects and teaches the political skills necessary to understand individual and group motives, and how to navigate to successful resolutions without destroying relationships in the process.

Presentation Skills
A one-day seminar in two parts. Part one teaches the fundamentals of dynamic presentation skills. In part two, we practice what we've learned and are critiqued on our preferred style.

Sales Training
Seminars range from a review of the basics, including the persuasion cycle, cold calling, buyer motivation and closing techniques to an in-depth analysis of your sales team and the best techniques to be used when they are selling to your target market.

Stress Management
Covers proven techniques to lower stress and become happier and more productive. Participants are tested during the seminar to evaluate individual stress levels corresponding to a variety of life challenges.

Understanding Body Language

This study of non-verbal communication deals with behavioral biology and how it influences facial expression, posture, gesture, voice pitch and other non-verbal signals that, overall, comprise 70% of communication.

Understanding Cronyism
Uses movie clips to analyze the current state of cronyism in 21st Century business. Participants are required to read a small compilation of articles and book excerpts before the seminar.

Understanding Personality Types
Using tools such as the Myers Briggs personality test, we discuss how we communicate, how we persuade, and how we can learn to quickly read others, control and influence groups and group processes, and recognize and detoxify manipulation.
