Skills
Analyzes, dissects and teaches the political skills necessary to
understand individual and group motives, and how to navigate to

A one-day seminar in two parts. Part one teaches the fundamentals
of dynamic presentation skills. In part two, we practice what we've
learned and are critiqued on our preferred style.

an in-depth analysis of your sales team and the best techniques

This study of non-verbal communication deals with behavioral biology
and how it influences facial expression, posture, gesture, voice
pitch and other non-verbal signals that, overall, comprise 70% of
communication.

Uses movie clips to analyze the current state of cronyism in 21st
Century business. Participants are required to read a small compilation
of articles and book excerpts before the seminar.

Personality Types
Using tools such as the Myers Briggs personality test, we discuss
how we communicate, how we persuade, and how we can learn to quickly
read others, control and influence groups and group processes, and
recognize and detoxify manipulation.
