Assessments
and Team Maintenance
After a team has been built, we stay in touch on a regular basis
to make sure action plans are followed and commitments to group
process are kept. We also assess new team members as they are added
to help them find their proper role, and to bring them up to speed
on their new team's style and goals.
Career
Counseling
This service is available to individuals and also to professionals
within a client organization. We work with individuals to think
clearly and decisively about their current job and strategize the
steps to successful change, either in what they are now doing or
what they wish to do.
Crisis
Intervention
We negotiate with two or more individuals who have seemingly irreconcilable
differences and, through interviews and group sessions, put together
a written contract that allows the participants to move forward.
We also counsel those individuals who are unable to be productive
and/or are in danger of losing their jobs.
Facilitation
We specialize in dynamic meetings that help groups come to closure
on a wide range of business issues, while providing a rewarding
and enjoyable experience. We specialize in quickly producing comprehensive
reports of the group's conclusions to support immediate implementation
of their conclusions.
New
Employee Assessment
As part of the ongoing commitment to teams we have built, we can
evaluate potential new hires for their compatibility with the team.
We interview new hires and provide a comprehensive behavioral evaluation:
how they like to do business, their style of using power, their
work habits, strong personality traits and other factors.
New
Manager Transition
We help acclimate new managers to their teams, including the individual
personalities within them, while also facilitating the team's understanding
of their new manager's style and point of view.
Recruitment
Recruiting is much more expensive and difficult when good people
easily become dissatisfied. We help you to choose the right people,
see that they remain challenged and ensure that the rules they are
working under are fair and support excellence.
Short-Term
Personal and Couples Coaching
In the process of coaching, we are sometimes asked to use a business
coaching model with the client and his or her spouse. We follow
this model as long as the issues under consideration are strictly
in the communication area. We recommend therapy if they are not.
Strategic
Planning
Using a model that factors in all the variables necessary to formulate
a workable STRAP, we work the process from vision through action
plan, making sure that all who impact profitability are present
and heard.
360°
Feedback
We have developed a number of instruments to survey a professional's
peers, subordinates and superiors in order to provide clear insight
into how they are perceived. We process all data in-house and guarantee
the confidentiality of all involved.
