Leadership Conferences

We hold monthly conferences for select groups of executives in an ocean-view setting in beautiful Rancho Palos Verdes. These conferences are limited to 8-10 attendees and are open to executives at the VP level (or equivalent) and above. Three meals are provided with a gourmet dinner at the conclusion.

The purpose of these conferences - which are given in male-only, female-only and mixed group formats - is to take apart the elements that comprise leadership and discuss them in the context of the attendees' individual experiences. Phone interviews are conducted beforehand to tailor the content of the conference to the particular attendees.

In general, the conferences cover leadership style as influenced by the following: body language, group dynamics, executive team building, executive influencing, leadership when under attack, cronyism, political strategy, detoxing adversaries, powerful responses to public challenges, effective use of humor and executive bearing.
