Our Approach
OVERVIEW
We begin by listening. We arrive at a strategy that we negotiate
with our clients. We stay open and flexible during the process.
We move as quickly as possible. We are accountable to our clients
for results. We revisit when time has passed to measure the permanency
of the change.
CUSTOMIZATION
The first step in developing effective communication is to understand
the issues. We meet with all concerned parties, using proprietary
tools to probe organizations and quickly identify and assess those
issues. When more depth is required, we employ sophisticated feedback
instruments to gather more subtle information. We are then able
to customize the process to the team or individual.
RESULTS
Because we have been executive coaches and team builders since 1987,
we are able to give specific prognoses on the form our consultation
should take, and the exact fees and length of time involved to achieve
the desired result. Only when we have a complete understanding of
the work we are about to undertake and have agreed with our clients
on deliverables do we take the first step.

We work in many industries and are committed to learning each client's
business, in addition to the priorities of the individuals involved,
so that all solutions arise out of the realities of the industry,
the culture of the organization and the temperament of the people.
MATERIALS
We produce all of the materials used by our clients for coaching,
team building,
seminars, conferences
and strategy sessions. This allows us to customize materials to
our clients' needs. We've learned through experience that our executives
and team members are motivated by materials that are non-generic
so that when they sit down to work out a complicated situation or
initiate a difficult change, they will have materials that address
only those issues currently important to them.
