Communications Research is a full-service, international consulting practice founded in 1987 by Joan Williams on the conviction that the training of successful individuals within a corporation is best done one on one. She recognized that the best way to impact a client's bottom line is to help a company develop motivated, mature leaders who make use of their talents and put aside any habits that hinder exceptional performance.
